As of now, the Battle Chest pack, which I believe is what you're referring to, contains every WoW expansion up to and including Mists of Pandaria. If you want to play Warlords of Draenor you'll have to buy that separately. When Legion do come out on August 30th the Battle Chest pack will be expanded to also include Warlords of Draenor. Depending on how much you're willing to spend it might be better for you economically to wait until Legion hits so you can save a bit of money.

If you want to get in on the action right away you'd have to buy Warlords of Draenor as well. The Battle chest/Complete Collection edition was indeed recently updated to include Warlords of Draenor as well. Some of the voices in my head tells me I saw something about this yesterday but I can't for the life of me find a source for it. However, the store page does now list that you can level to 100 (and there's a mention of some of the Draenor zones as well) so that's a pretty clear indication that it has been updated. Yes, if you buy the complete package, then you'll also receive your free month from the Battlechest. As for your characters, if they're new, it can take a while for them to be added to the Armory. The forum only updates once every so often. If they should have been there for a while, then try clicking 'Manage Characters' and see if there are duplicates. There is a bug currently that sometimes masks other characters incorrectly under a different name. Simply selecting a duplicate will refresh it's real profile. ^^ The Complete Collection is the combination of both the purchases Tiawyn above me pointed out. It just combines them into one bundle for ease of purchase and at a discounted price.
