As of now, the Battle Chest pack, which I believe is what you're referring to, contains every WoW expansion up to and including Mists of Pandaria. If you want to play Warlords of Draenor you'll have to buy that separately. When Legion do come out on August 30th the Battle Chest pack will be expanded to also include Warlords of Draenor. Depending on how much you're willing to spend it might be better for you economically to wait until Legion hits so you can save a bit of money.

The forum only updates once every so often. If they should have been there for a while, then try clicking 'Manage Characters' and see if there are duplicates.
