Raspberry Pi 2? The original RPi does not run Windows because it's an ARM processor, simple as that. While Windows RT is (was) out there it does not run on the specific ARM processor in the RPi. You can technically run Windows 10 on the RPi2, however it's not reeeeaaally a Windows experience, as it is an IoT OS. To add to this, a Russian developer has created a program that can run x86 applications on the Pi2. You should be able to couple a Ubuntu install with Wine to that program and it may just work.
